Almost every other company either ignores after-hours calls, uses a call center to book you days out, or charges a ridiculous $60–$300 "emergency fee" just to come look at the system. I called #1 A/C Guys at 12 AM on a Friday night, and they had a tech at my place within an hour—completely free of charge. They quickly and professionally diagnosed that the issue wasn't my unit at all when other companies have fabricate unit issues to charge, but a faulty city power line connected to the breaker switch. Thanks to their fast diagnosis, the city came out and resolved the line issue immediately. Their speed, honesty, fairness, and customer service are unbeatable. Thank you, gentlemen!
